Terms of Service

Runfra is operated by SSHome LLC.

Runfra is an image generation API and platform. References to “Runfra,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean SSHome LLC. Questions about these terms can be directed to legal@runfra.com.

Use the service lawfully and responsibly.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Runfra. By using Runfra, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You agree not to use Runfra to:

• Generate content that is illegal under applicable law.
• Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors.
• Harass, threaten, or target individuals.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent safety filters.
• Resell or sublicense API access without written permission.
• Interfere with the integrity or availability of the service.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

Credits are non-refundable except as described here.

Runfra operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed when jobs are processed. Credits for jobs that fail due to a system error or safety filter rejection are automatically refunded to your account balance.

Purchased credits are non-refundable in cash except as required by applicable law or as expressly offered by Runfra in specific circumstances. All billing is processed by Stripe.

You own what you create. We do not use your content to train models.

You retain ownership of any prompts you submit and images generated from them. By using Runfra, you grant SSHome LLC a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content solely as needed to operate the service.

We will not use your prompts or generated images to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell content derived from your usage to outside parties.

We aim for reliability but make no uptime guarantee.

Runfra is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

Our liability is limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSHome LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Runfra, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Runfra in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We’ll notify you of material changes.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email where appropriate. Continued use of Runfra after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
